Position Summary
Morrison Millwork Outside Sales Representative’s develop and maintain partnerships with customers to fulfill their window and door needs. Sales Representatives are integral in building long-lasting relationships and increasing company revenue.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop new business with existing and new clients.
Execute territory and sales strategies.
Engaged listener able to evaluate customer needs and offer innovative window and door solutions.
Work closely and effectively with the sales support team to get proper information for completing a timely proposal.
Follow up with customers to present proposals and close the deal.
Communicate internally between sales support, service, and operations, as well as externally with customers
Follow up on customer complaints and coordinate fast solutions to service needs.
Complete all administrative paperwork and data entry per company guidelines.

Other Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR at least 3-5 years of related experience preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Reliable transportation required.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance policy required and a clean driving record.
